Patients with asthma are encouraged to attend every 12 months for check-ups. This is to make sure the symptoms of asthma are under control, using correct medication. Tests can also be carried out within the practice to diagnose asthma. Chronic Bronchitis and Emphysema are also managed in this clinic.
Diabetic Clinic
Diabetic patients need regular monitoring every 12 months. Appointments can be made with a Diabetic nurse. Annual blood and urine tests will be requested prior to an appointment with the diabetes specialist nurse.
Health Check-Ups
Any patient who has not been seen within the last twelve months is welcome to have a health check. Please book an appointment with any practice nurse.
Temporary Residents
We do not accept temporary resident patients, unless you are a student returning from University to your home address while you on a break. Please make sure you let the reception know that you are only back from university temporarily to avoid you being taken off your university GP. Your consultation will be then forwarded to your registered GP.
